Petra was bred by Alison and Tony Hunt of Tor View Kennels under the Dellaph affix.
The line can be traced back 40 years and has been carefully bred using mainly Dellaph and Guidewell lines.
Dellaph dogs are known and sought after for their lovely temperaments.
Both Petra's parents have superb temperaments and have produced working guide dogs and brood bitches for the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Petra is a very easy dog to live with, she is very quiet and calm around the home.
Petra loves clicker training and thoroughly enjoys learning new things, she has been trained in basic obedience, tracking and agility.

Petra is extremely bright and very quick and eager to learn. She is however very cheeky, wilful and independent.
She is not a sensitive soul, she has a very robust character but once she is focused on a task she will try her hardest to achieve what is asked of her, especially if there is food involved.

Petra is now spayed and retired having produced three beautiful litters.
She still enjoys any form of training and loves travelling in the car but her favourite pass time is lounging on the sofa.

Petra is a very happy dog, she is always smiling and she doesn't take life too seriously.

She is a delight to own, she is totally bombproof with all people and she adores other dogs, traits that she has passed onto her puppies.
Petra is a very good communicator and is often used by others to socialise their puppies.
